User Review of the Invisible Waves

As the de facto wireless coordinator for Mars Hill Church, a multi-site venue, I need a wireless tool that allows me to select the proper frequencies for each location where we host our events. We use over 80 channels, including those for wireless mics, in-ear monitors, intercom and two-way radios, all needing minimal interference. With the up and coming changes in frequency allocations, it is increasingly imperative that I have a device which allows me to see what is going on in the surrounding RF environment… This device is the Invisible Waves RF Analyzer.
In my position, I am mostly designing and spec’-ing new systems for our church. As we go to scope out a new building, I bring the Invisible Waves with me to provide a visual of how each potential site’s frequency coordination would go. Having the ability to “see” the invisible RF at each location has saved our company from purchasing the wrong frequency bands, or the wrong equipment. In fact, the Invisible Waves Analyzer has saved us money, by allowing us to purchase the right equipment the first time around! And, as I’m continuing to learn how to use it, the IW is saving us the need to bring in an outside consultant for setting up our wireless environments. Overall, the Invisible Waves RF Analyzer is proving to be a crucial tool for Mars Hill Church- it is saving us time, money, and preventing future frequency coordination problems.
Mars Hill Church is a multi site, video venue church. They have 10 different locations- 9 in the Northwest Puget Sound region (around Seattle, WA) and one in Albuquerque, NM. They are also looking to add a number of new locations around the U.S. in the near future.
